Craig Spearman receives May's Player of the Month award

The first man of the month award at Gloucester County Cricket Club goes to Craig Spearman for his outstanding performances during May. The award, which is sponsored by Clevedon based Thule - the worlds largest manufacturer of roof boxes and car accessory, was presented by UK Head of Marketing, Peter Barker.
Craig, who was a very important signing for the club, as ever made an excellent start to the season in both forms of cricket. This is Craig's third season with Gloucester and during this time he has been the most successful batsman in all forms of cricket. His notable achievements during May saw him average over 50 in both Totesport and Championship games.
Peter Barker commented "we are delighted to see Craig win the first Man of the Month - his record during May was exceptional and he was thoroughly exciting to watch".
