Craig Spearman has won Thule 's Man of the Month Award for the second month in a row. The award, which is sponsored by Clevedon based Thule ­ the worlds largest manufacturer of roof boxes and car accessory, was presented by UK Head of Marketing, Peter Barker.

This June award was presented to Craig for recording the highest ever score by a Gloucestershire player in a first class match.

When the New Zealander reached 319 against Middlesex at Gloucester it beat the record of W.G.Grace, who made 318 not out against Yorkshire at Cheltenham way back in 1876. He was eventually dismissed for a massive 341 runs.

He had already become only the third Gloucestershire player to make a triple century and the first since Wally Hammond in 1939.
