The Thule Champagne Moment of the Season was presented to Jon Lewis at Gloucestershire County Cricket Club’s 2005 annual award’s dinner. Jon was selected for the England team for his bowling prowess but ironically it was his batting that won him the coveted award for 2005.
Jon scooped the award for the moment when he struck the winning run, cutting a delivery from Shane Watson to short third man, whilst playing for England against Australia in the NatWest Series International at Bristol in June.
